Effective Date: 2026-07-13 Last Updated: 2026-09-26 Provider: CourtMe, Inc. ("courtme," "we," "us") Contact: legal@courtme.ai
By creating an account or using courtme, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use courtme.
These Terms include a binding arbitration agreement and class action waiver in Section 15. Read it carefully.
You give your date of birth when you sign up, and the 18+ rule is enforced server-side: a date of birth under 18 is rejected by our database itself, before a profile can be used and before any matching or chat, and the sign-up record is deleted about 30 days after your most recent attempt (see our Age Policy and Privacy Policy Section 11). We do not currently verify identity documents. Government-ID verification and the selfie-to-ID face match described in our Biometric Data Notice belong to the courtme dating product, which has not launched; when it does, they will be required for dating mode only, not for IRL events. No biometric data is collected today. Misrepresenting age is grounds for immediate termination and may be a criminal offense.
You agree not to:
Violations may result in suspension, permanent ban, content removal, and legal action.
You retain ownership of content you post (photos, profile text, prompts, etc.). You grant courtme a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, host, store, display, reproduce, modify, create derivative works of, and distribute your content for purposes of operating, marketing, and improving courtme. This license does not include training AI models: we do not use your content to train, fine-tune, or otherwise build AI models, ours or anyone else's. AI providers process your content only at the moment you use a feature, to return a result for you - see Privacy Policy Section 3.2. If that ever changes, we will update the Privacy Policy, tell you, and offer an opt-out before doing so.
This license continues for content that is shared with other users (e.g., your match decisions, messages) even after you delete your account, to the extent needed for the recipient.
courtme's software, design, branding, AI models, and content are owned by courtme or its licensors and protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute without permission.
You acknowledge and agree that courtme may (but is not obligated to) access, monitor, review, and retain the content of your communications on the platform, including messages you exchange with other users and your conversations with our AI matchmaker, for purposes that include safety and abuse prevention, fraud and ban-evasion detection, moderation and enforcement of these Terms, responding to your support requests and disputes, quality and product improvement, and compliance with applicable law and legal process.
Your messages are stored on courtme's servers and are not end-to-end encrypted. courtme personnel access this content on a role-limited, purpose-scoped, and audit-logged basis. How we use, retain, and control access to this content is described in our Privacy Policy (Sections 3.6 and 9). This right to monitor does not create any obligation for courtme to review all content, and you remain responsible for the content of your own communications.

Important:
Tokens and in-app purchases are not available. courtme has no working in-app purchase, nothing on courtme charges you a token, and no token can be bought today. Sections 7.1, 7.3 and 7.4 describe the courtme dating product, which has not launched; they are published in advance and take effect if and when it does. The payments that happen today are event plan subscriptions bought by hosts through Stripe on the web (Sections 7.2 and 7.5). Attendees pay nothing.
From time to time, courtme runs promotional offers with their own terms. The 3 in 30 Guarantee is a dating-product offer and is not currently running. Where you participate in a promotional offer:
If you create events as a host, the plan you subscribe to (a monthly or annual self-serve plan, or an Enterprise agreement), the referral credit program, the founding-host discount, and your obligations as a host are governed by the Host Program Terms and the Refund Policy, which apply in addition to these Terms. Where they conflict with these Terms on a host matter, the Host Program Terms control.
courtme does not conduct criminal background checks on users, and does not verify identity documents. Do not assume anyone you meet through courtme has been vetted beyond the 18+ age gate.
We may suspend or terminate your account for:
You may delete your account anytime via Settings > Delete Account. Some data is retained per our Privacy Policy Section 9.
courtme is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for the actions of other users.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless courtme and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of courtme, your content, or your violation of these Terms or rights of others.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email and in-app. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where local consumer-protection law provides greater rights.
Contact legal@courtme.ai with disputes. We'll try to resolve within 30 days.
Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be settled by binding arbitration in Austin, TX (or your local jurisdiction if mandated by applicable law), administered by JAMS or AAA under their consumer rules.
You waive the right to participate in class actions, class arbitrations, or representative actions against courtme. Disputes must be brought individually.
You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of accepting these Terms by emailing legal@courtme.ai with "Arbitration Opt-Out" in the subject. Opting out does not affect other Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any policies referenced (Community, Safety, Age, Refund, Token, Moderation, Reporting, and, for hosts, the Host Program Terms) constitute the entire agreement between you and courtme regarding the service.
