Two things. The self-serve plan - normally $350 - is free for the first 5 Houston hosts. And the managed plans are 50% off list for the first 5 Houston partner events. Both rates stay locked for those partners.
Your expected attendance. It sets your tier: self-serve up to 500 ($350, free for the 5 founding Houston hosts), Pro up to 2,000, Flagship 2,000–10,000. Over 10,000 is custom.

Founding hosts earn a revenue share on attributed guest signups, currently 30% of net revenue for 3 months from signup, paid out at a $50 threshold, subject to the Host Program Terms. Revenue share is not guaranteed and depends on real user spend once the dating product is live. A guest is attributed to the host whose QR they first scanned. Attribution rules and payout cadence are confirmed in a written host agreement before activation.
